ANNEX II Declaration by the European Community on the exercise of competence according to Article XVII(3) of the International Plant Protection Convention In accordance with the provisions of Article II(7) of the FAO Constitution, the European Community hereby declares that its declaration of competence submitted to FAO under Article II(5) of the FAO Constitution still applies in the light of its adherence to the International Plant Protection Convention.
