Article 8
1. The Committee may examine any question which is referred to it by its chairman either on his own initiative or at the request of a representative of a Member State, concerning the implementation of this Directive and in particular regarding: - cooperation between the authorities designated by the Member States in technical and administrative matters arising from the implementation of GLP, and - the exchange of information on the training of inspectors. 2. The amendments necessary for the adaptation of the formula referred to in Article 2(2) and of Annex I to take account of technical progress shall be adopted in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 7(2).
