Requests for supplementary information
Article 8
The assisting authority shall if necessary provide general guidance to the applicant in meeting any request for supplementary information from the deciding authority. It shall upon the request of the applicant subsequently transmit it as soon as possible directly to the deciding authority, enclosing, where appropriate, a list of any supporting documentation transmitted.
