Article 3

Transmission to the Commission 1. The Member States shall transmit to the Commission (Eurostat) the data set out in Annex II within the time limits specified for each table. 2. The first transmission of data shall take place in November 2003. 3. The list of variables and the time limits for the transmission of data set out in Annex II shall be updated in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 4(2).
