Consultation of stakeholders The Member States, acting in accordance with their national legislation, and the Commission shall establish consultation mechanisms for appropriate involvement of stakeholders in the implementation of the single European sky. Such stakeholders may include: - air navigation service providers, - airspace users, - airports, - manufacturing industry, and - professional staff representative bodies. Consultation of stakeholders shall cover, in particular, the development and introduction of new concepts and technologies in the EATMN.
