Commission Regulation (EC) No 642/2004 Article 5

Article 5

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. Article 1 shall apply from 1 January 2006. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 6 April 2004.
