Article 2
1. This Regulation shall enter into force three months after its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. 2. Article 11(2) and Article 14(5) of Regulation (EEC) No 95/93 shall apply from 30 July 2005. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States.
