Article 8

Work programme 1. The Commission shall ensure the implementation of the Community programme on the basis of a work programme covering the period 2004 to 2006 established in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 15(2) and subject to the availability of budgetary allocations. 2. The actions co-financed under the Community programme shall have a maximum duration of four years.
