Commission Regulation (EC) No 875/2004 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply from the date of entry into force of the Decision of the European Union-Mexico Joint Council No 2/2004 of 28 April 2004. This Regulation shall be binding in its entirety and directly applicable in all Member States. Done at Brussels, 29 April 2004.
