Article 7
Regulation (EC) No 1247/1999 is amended as follows: 1. Article 1(2) is replaced by the following: ‘2. For the quantity referred to in paragraph 1, the rate of customs duty shall be reduced by 90 % for animals originating in Bulgaria and Romania’; 2. Article 6 is replaced by the following: ‘Article 6 Imported animals shall qualify for the duties referred to in Article 1 on presentation of either an EUR.1 movement certificate issued by the exporting country in accordance with Protocol 4 annexed to the Europe Agreements with Bulgaria and Romania or a declaration drawn up by the exporter in accordance with that Protocol.’; 4. Annex II is replaced by Annex IV to this Regulation.
