Commission Regulation (EC) No 2080/2004 Article 2

Article 2

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply from 1 May 2004. However, it shall not affect the validity of the documents referred to in Article 3(3) of Regulation (EC) No 2298/2001 issued between 1 May 2004 and the date of entry into force of this Regulation.
