Article 5

The eligibility period for the costs related to this project shall start on 1 October 2004 and end on 30 September 2005. The period of execution of the actions may exceptionally be extended only with the express written agreement of the Monitoring Committee as referred to in point I.A of Annex III before the tasks have been completed.
