ANNEX 2 Common list of documents the presentation of which is considered as prima facie evidence of nationality (Article 2(1), article 3(1), article 4(1) and article 5(1)) — photocopies ( *1 ) of any of the documents listed in Annex 1 to this Agreement, — photocopies ( *1 ) of citizenship certificates and other official documents that mention or indicate citizenship, — driving licences or photocopies ( *1 ) thereof, — birth certificates or photocopies ( *1 ) thereof, — any other official document issued by the authorities of the requested State, — company identity cards or photocopies ( *1 ) thereof, — statements by witnesses, — statements made by the person concerned and language spoken by him or her. ( *1 ) For the purpose of this Annex, the term ‘photocopies’ means photocopies officially made by authorities of Sri Lanka or the Member States.
