Education, vocational training and youth

Article 4

Guided by Articles 149 and 150 of the Treaty establishing the European Community, the Contracting Parties shall undertake to cooperate in the field of education and vocational training with a view to helping create a European education area. The Contracting Parties shall study the feasibility and practicalities of involving the Principality of Andorra in such European Community education, vocational training and youth programmes as may be of interest to it.
