Article 2
1. The State aid scheme which France implemented between 1 January 2001 and 31 December 2002 in favour of rendering undertakings to finance the public rendering service, financed by a levy on meat purchases, is compatible with the common market under Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty. 2. The State aid scheme which France implemented between 1 January 2001 and 31 December 2002 in favour of livestock farmers to finance the public rendering service, financed by a levy on meat purchases, is compatible with the common market under Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty. 3. The State aid scheme which France implemented between 1 January 2001 and 31 December 2002 in favour of slaughterhouses to finance the public rendering service, financed by a levy on meat purchases, is compatible with the common market under Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty. 4. The State aid scheme which France implemented in 2002 in favour of butchers and cutting plants holding SRM to finance the public rendering service, financed by a levy on meat purchases, is compatible with the common market under Article 87(3)(c) of the Treaty.
