Council Regulation (EC) No 1222/2004 Article 1

Article 1

Derogations from the deadline fixed by Regulation (EC) No 1222/2004 for the first transmission of data on quarterly government debt are granted to the Member States enumerated in Article 2 of this Decision. The deadline applicable to those Member States shall be 31 December 2005.
