Article 1

1. The Community shall apply Regulation No 94 of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe on provisions concerning the approval of vehicles with regard to the protection of the occupants in the event of a frontal collision 2. The Community shall apply Regulation No 95 of the United Nations Economic Commission for Europe on provisions concerning the approval of vehicles with regard to the protection of the occupants in the event of a lateral collision. 3. The texts of the Regulations are attached to this Decision.
