Council Regulation (EC) No 1/2005 Article 37

Entry into force and date of application

Article 37

This Regulation shall enter into force on the 20th day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply as from 5 January 2007. However, Article 6(5) shall apply as from 5 January 2008.
