Prohibitions and catch limitations

Article 44

1. Direct fishing of the species set out in Annex XIV shall be prohibited in the zones and during the periods set out in that Annex. 2. For new and exploratory fisheries, the catch and by-catch limits set out in Annex XV shall apply in the Sub-areas set out in that Annex.
