Council Regulation (EC) No 27/2005 Article 56

Entry into force

Article 56

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . It shall apply as from the 1 January 2005. Where the TACs of the CCAMLR area are set for periods starting before 1 January 2005, Article 44 shall apply with effect from the beginning of the respective periods of application of the TACs.
