Commission Regulation (Euratom) No 302/2005 Article 1

Scope

Article 1

This Regulation shall apply to any person or undertaking setting up or operating an installation for the production, separation, reprocessing, storage or other use of source material or special fissile material. It shall not apply to holders of end products used for non-nuclear purposes which incorporate nuclear materials that are in practice irrecoverable.
