Commission Regulation (EC) No 305/2005 Article 3

Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the third day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Except for points 1 and 2 of the Annex, it shall apply from 1 May 2004. Points 1 and 2 of the Annex shall apply from 1 January 2005.
