Article 3

This Regulation shall enter into force on the day following that of its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . Article 1(9), as far as Article 95f of Regulation (EEC) No 1408/71 is concerned, Annex I, points (1)(a) and (1)(b) and Annex II, points (2) and (4) shall apply from 1 January 2005.
