Reference period and periodicity

Article 10

1. The reference period to be covered by the data collection shall be one calendar year. 2. The Commission shall determine the first reference year for which the data are to be collected in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 14(2). 3. Member States shall collect the data every five years.
