ANNEX IV CALCIUM CONTENT OF MECHANICALLY SEPARATED MEAT The calcium content of MSM as referred to in Regulation (EC) No 853/2004 shall: 1. not exceed 0,1 % (=100 mg/100 g or 1 000 ppm) of fresh product; 2. be determined by a standardised international method.
