Application and selection procedure

Article 9

1. Decisions on the financing of measures pursuant to Article 8(1) shall be adopted by the Commission in accordance with the procedure referred to in Article 7(2). 2. Requests for financial assistance for measures pursuant to Article 8(2) shall be submitted to the Commission by the national implementing bodies in accordance with the procedure set out in part II of the Annex.
