Article 9
1. Tissue establishments shall have effective and accurate systems to uniquely identify and label cells/tissues received and distributed. 2. Tissue establishments and organisations responsible for human application shall retain the data set out in Annex VI for at least 30 years, in an appropriate and readable storage medium.
