Transfer of ownership

Article 30

1. The transfer of ownership of sugar covered by a storage contract shall take place when the sugar in question is paid for. 2. Up to the time of removal, the seller shall remain responsible for the quality of the sugar referred to in paragraph 1 and for the packing in which the sugar has been accepted by the intervention agency.
