Quota flexibility

Article 5

For the purposes of Regulation (EC) No 847/96, all quotas in the Annex to the present Regulation shall be considered ‘Analytic’ quotas. However, the measures provided for in Article 5(2) of Regulation (EC) No 847/96 shall not apply to those quotas.
