Article 1

1. This Decision establishes the Specific Programme ‘Criminal Justice’, hereinafter referred to as ‘the Programme’, as part of the General Programme on Fundamental Rights and Justice, in order to contribute to the strengthening of the area of Freedom, Security and Justice. 2. The Programme shall cover the period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013.
