Belgium shall require the beneficiaries of the scheme referred to in Article 1 to repay the advances in accordance with one of the two methods described in recitals 28 to 36. To this end, Belgium shall amend, by 31 December 2006, its contracts with the beneficiaries of the aid scheme referred to in Article 1 so as to bring them into line with the model contracts submitted to the Commission by the Belgian authorities on 23 November 2006, which incorporate the new repayment arrangements described in recitals 28 to 36. The amended and signed contracts shall be submitted to the Commission by 31 December 2006.
