Administrative cooperation
Article 9
The Parties, desirous of ensuring the effectiveness of the measures for the development and conservation of fishery resources, shall: — develop administrative cooperation with a view to ensuring that their vessels comply with the provisions of this Agreement and with Guinea-Bissau’s sea fisheries rules, each on its own behalf, — cooperate to prevent and combat illegal, undeclared and unregulated fishing, in particular through the exchange of information and close administrative cooperation.
