Budgetary resources

Article 13

1. The financial envelope for the implementation of this Decision shall be set at EUR 109 300 000 for the period set out in Article 1. 2. The budgetary resources allocated to the actions provided for in the Programme shall be entered in the annual appropriations of the general budget of the European Union. The available annual appropriations shall be authorised by the budgetary authority within the limits of the financial framework.
