Establishment and scope of the Programme

Article 1

1. This Decision establishes the Specific Programme ‘Drug prevention and information’, (hereinafter referred to as ‘the Programme’), as part of the General Programme ‘Fundamental Rights and Justice’, in order to contribute to ensuring a high level of human health protection and to reducing drug-related health damage. 2. The Programme shall cover the period from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013.
