Budgetary resources

Article 12

1. The financial envelope for the implementation of this Decision from 1 January 2007 to 31 December 2013 shall be EUR 21 350 000. 2. The budgetary resources allocated to the actions provided for in the Programme shall be entered in the annual appropriations of the general budget of the European Union. The available annual appropriations shall be authorised by the budgetary authority within the limits of the financial framework.
