Subject matter and scope

Article 1

1. This Regulation lays down the conditions under which quotas fixed in Annex IA to Regulation (EC) No 41/2007 for experimental fishery relating to sand eel abundance may be fished in 2007 in ICES zone IV. 2. The conditions laid down in this Regulation shall apply in addition to the conditions set out in Annex IID to Regulation (EC) No 41/2007.
