Entry into force

Article 25

1. This Regulation shall enter into force 20 days following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union. It shall apply six months after a Commission's Regulation on implementing rules referred to in Article 24(3) enters into force, but not later than 1 January 2009. 2. However, the provisions contained in Chapter I and Chapter II as well as Article 24, shall be applicable as from the date of entry into force of the Regulation.
