Arrangements for monitoring
Article 111
1. The managing authority and the joint monitoring committee shall ensure the quality of the implementation of the cross-border programme. 2. The managing authority and the joint monitoring committee shall carry out monitoring by reference to financial indicators, as well as the indicators referred to in Article 94(1)(d). 3. Data exchange between the Commission and the authorities referred to in Article 102 for the purpose of monitoring shall be carried out electronically.
