Article 1

Regulation (EC) No 378/2005 is amended as follows: 1. in Article 4, paragraph 1 is replaced by the following: ‘1. The CRL shall charge the applicant a fee of EUR 6 000 for each application (the fee).’; 2. Annex II is replaced by the text in the Annex to this Regulation.
