ANNEX IVSupplementary provisions
ANNEX IV The Annex to Regulation (EC) No 1450/2004 is amended as follows: 1. Section 2 is replaced by the following: ‘As a minimum, enterprises in the NACE Rev. 2 sections B, C, D, E, H, K and in the NACE Rev. 2 divisions 46, 58, 61, 62, 63 and 71 are to be covered.’; 2. Section 5 paragraph 1 is replaced by the following: ‘All results are to be broken down by economic activity (NACE Rev. 2) at section level and by the following employment size classes: 10–49 employees, 50–249 employees, above 249 employees.’; 3. Section 5 paragraph 2 is replaced by the following: ‘All results are to be broken down by economic activity (NACE Rev. 2) at division level.’
