2008/440/EC: Commission Decision of 28 November 2007… Article 1

Article 1

The notified State aid WRAP Printing and Writing Paper Scheme, which the United Kingdom is planning to call for tender, with a budget of a maximum GBP 20 million (approximately EUR 28,6 million) and valid until 31 March 2011 is compatible with Article 87(3)(c) of the EC Treaty. Implementation of the measure is accordingly authorised.
