Scope
Article 2
1. The specific control and inspection programme shall cover control and inspection of:
(a)
fishing activities by vessels referred to in Article 2 of Regulation (EC) No 1098/2007;
(b)
all related activities including the landing, weighing, marketing, transport and storage of fishery products and the recording of landing and sales.
2. The specific control and inspection programme shall apply for three years.
