Entry into force and date of application

Article 18

1. This Decision shall enter into force on the 20th day following its publication in the Official Journal of the European Union . 2. This Decision shall take effect from a date to be determined by the Council once the Commission has informed the Council that Regulation (EC) No 767/2008 has entered into force and is fully applicable.
