Article 1

The Agreement between the European Union and the Russian Federation on the participation of the Russian Federation in the European Union military operation in the Republic of Chad and in the Central African Republic (Operation EUFOR Tchad/RCA) is hereby approved on behalf of the European Union. The text of the Agreement is attached to this Decision.
