Amendment to Directive 2004/42/EC

Article 6

Article 2 of Directive 2004/42/EC is hereby amended as follows: (a) in paragraph 3, the word ‘preparation’ shall be replaced by ‘mixture’; (b) in paragraph 8, the word ‘preparation’ shall be replaced by ‘mixture’.
