Article 124

The accounting officer shall send the provisional accounts to the Court of Auditors by 31 March of the following financial year at the latest. By 30 April of the following financial year at the latest the accounting officer shall send to the European Parliament, the Council and the Court of Auditors the report, referred to in Article 118(2), concerning financial management during the year.
