Article 134
The operations financed from EDF resources managed by the EIB in accordance with Article 3 shall be subject to the audit and discharge procedures laid down in the Statutes of the EIB for all of its operations. Detailed rules for auditing by the Court of Auditors are set out in the Tripartite Agreement. They shall be agreed upon by the EIB, the Commission and the Court of Auditors in the Agreement currently in force or possibly by a new Agreement or any other agreement that may replace it. As regards the operations financed from EDF resources managed by the Commission in accordance with Article 2, the Court of Auditors shall exercise its powers in accordance with this Title.
