Article 153

Transfers to the 10th EDF of the balances remaining from resources constituted under the Internal Agreements relating to the seventh ( 15 ) , eighth ( 16 ) and Ninth ( 17 ) EDFs (hereinafter previous EDFs) shall be made in accordance with Article 1(2)(b), (3) and (4) of the Internal Agreement.
