Article 85

Payments shall be effected through the bank accounts referred to in Article 44. The detailed rules for opening, administering and using such accounts shall be determined by the accounting officer. Those rules shall in particular require the joint signatures on transfer orders and all bank payments of two members of staff duly authorised by the accounting officer.
