Article 9

1. EDF resources shall be drawn up and implemented in euro and the accounts shall be presented in euro. However, for the treasury management purposes referred to in Article 39, the accounting officer may carry out operations in euro or in other currencies. 2. Articles 7 and 8 of Regulation (EC, Euratom) No 2342/2002 shall apply mutatis mutandis to the implementation of paragraph 1.
